female only ONLINE FITNESS SESSIONS

London Tigers will be hosting a online fitness program for women every Wednesday at 09:30 - 10:30.

The program is designed get women active in the comfort of their home, 

Exercises such as cardiovascular, toning, chair aerobics and muscle strengthening.

 

The price will be £2 per week.
