I like doing the London Tigers exercise because it is so fun. My favourite exercises are rolly-polly and the pencil roll. I love the boxing class as well. I love London Tigers!

I join the classes 5 times a week, even during the lockdown. I feel more motivated when exercising as part of a group, and more energetic, and I have increased my flexibility and am elated overall. I want to thank London Tigers and hope they continue their classes.
