Tigers Romp to Victory and are now firmly on the way to a league and cup double
HARROW YOUTH LEAGUE - SUPPLEMENTARY CUP 7TH MAY 2006 @ GREENFORD TOWN STADIUM {11:15 am KICK OFF}
LONDON TIGERS 3 V 1 PINNAR ALBION Tigers arrived early to their first Harrow youth league final at the stadium where the atmosphere was electric as the crowd made them selves heard with excitement and cheering. Both teams took a lengthy walk to the light of the pitch lead by their captains with applause from the fans including friends and family.
A two minute silence commenced and then whistle went. After 20 mins into the game Pinnar Albion went ahead after the Tigers defence failed to clear from a well worked cross. A high spirited Tiger side was left in a shock for a while as they responded straight away with the better football. A left footed volley from the edge of the box by Badawi Elterifi leveled things up for the first half. In the second half London Tigers put on the display of their lives to turn the tie around.
Man of the match Wadah Ahmidi struck a goal in the net deservedly from a pleasant attack. Ten minutes in from time substitute Chevaughn Dixon latched on to a great ball from Reece Tison to claim Tigers victory.
