TIGERS SUCCESSFULLY HOLD
COMMUNITY CRICKET FESTIVAL

London Tigers successfully held the Community Cricket Festival on 7th June 2009, at the Victoria Park Cricket Pitches in East London. This event was aimed at encouraging young people to get involed in Cricket at a time when the World T20 World Cup was taking place in England.The winners of the festival were Tower Hamlets Cricket Club, a representative team of London Tigers and all other teams in Tower Hamlets.More Cricket info |
LONDON TIGERS CHIEF EXECUTIVE IN BANGLADESH AS MEMBER OF BRITISH BANGLADESHI DELEGATION

Mesba Ahmed, Chief Executive of London Tigers, left for Bangladesh on 23rd May 2009 for a five day visit as a member of a delegation of professional British Bangladeshi’s organised by the UK Foreign Office. Emphasising the importance of strengthening the bond between the expatriate community residing in the UK and Bangladesh, the delegation will participate in extensive discussion programmes across several sections of society with the major themes being education, religion, sports, politics and social integration. WORLD RECORD RUN - GAZA100

London Tigers successfully helped complete the Gaza100 word record run in partnership with IF Charity. Over 1675 came to participate to set the new record for a 12 hour relay run and raise money for Gaza Children. We would like to thank everyone who came to take part and support the event and raising the money for the vulnerable young children in Gaza. |
